Update: Police called to Sainsbury's in London Colney at the weekend
A suspected drag race in London Colney was stopped by police on Saturday.
Hertfordshire Constabulary was called at 7.50pm to Sainsbury’s at Colney Fields Shopping Centre, where police said around 50 cars had gathered in the car park.
The store evacuated customers and was forced to close early. Police continued to patrol the area, and said everyone had cleared at 10.15pm.
No offences were committed.
