Winner of the Poster Competition 2014 Katharine and the Town Mayor Mary Maynard
A school girl from Harpenden has won a competition to design the Mayor’s Christmas card.
Katharine Pike designed the card for Harpenden mayor Mary Maynard, based around the theme of helping neighbours.
The eight-year-old will turn on the Christmas lights at the Christmas Carnival on Sunday, November 23.
