Visitors to a church Christmas Fair this weekend will have the chance to write prayers for peace.
St Leonard’s Church in Sandridge will be giving people the opportunity to write their own prayers and place them in a special glass container. The prayers will be included in services at the church during Advent and Christmas.
In addition to the prayer area, St Leonard’s Christmas Fair will have children’s crafts, refreshments, a toy and children’s books stall, tombola and other attractions.
The fair will be held at the church from 10am to 1pm on Saturday, November 29.
