Rail operator runs festive train for children in St Albans
A rail operator ran a speical train for children from St Albans over the weekend.
Thameslink Great Northern ran the train for children through Harpenden and St Albans that proceeded through London, looping around Wimbledon and back to St Albans.
On board was the Mayor of St Albans councillor Geoff Harrison, dressed as Father Christmas, face painters, balloons made into animal shapes and a bag of goodies for each child.
