Planning appeal will be determined at hearing
An appeal lodged against a planning decision will be determined at a hearing.
Stephen Bygrave has appealed against St Albans District Council’s decision to refuse outline planning permission for 33 houses at the Albert Bygrave Centre.
An inspector has been appointed by the Secretary of State for the Department for Communities and Local Government to determine this appeal and the hearing will start at 10am on January 27, 2015 at the Civic Centre in St Peter’s Street.
