Monday, September 1

Albano Gueli, 43, of Kent House, New Kent Road, St Albans. On July 31, 2014, in Station Terrace, Park Street, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Also, on August 19, 2014, failed to surrender to custody. Also, on August 31, 2014, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Marianna Dossantos, 40, of Vesta Avenue, St Albans. On July 7, 2014, wilfully obstructed a police officer in execution of her duty. Also, on same date, drove on the M1 without due care and attention and drove while not wearing a seat belt. Fine, costs: £275. Three penalty points.

Tuesday, September 2

Marc Nathan Andrew Wilson, 34, of Central Drive, St Albans. On May 1, 2014, stole two packets of vitamin tablets from Boots, Watford. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £100.

Samuel Paul Harrison, 30, of Riverdale, East Lane, Wheathampstead. On February 15, 2014, drove in Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, at 36mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £100. Three penalty points.

Wednesday, September 3

Susan Dickson, 51, of Rendlesham Avenue, Radlett. On May 6, 2014, assaulted a person by beating her. Fine, compensation. costs: £920.

Chloe Abigail Dunbar, 22, of Green Lane, St Albans. On February 2, 2014, drove in Beech Road, St Albans, while not wearing an adult seat belt. Fine, costs: £205.

Thursday, September 4

Sascha Philip Smith, 40, of Masefield Road, Harpenden. On August 15, 2014, assaulted a person by beating her. Also, on August 22, 2014, damaged a fridge door belonging to another. Restraining order made. Fine, compensation, costs: £455.

Kirsten Rebecca Stratton, 23, of Canberra Close, St Albans. On August 22, 2014, damaged a TV belonging to another. Compensation, costs: £385.

Amanda Louise Hodson, 37, of New House Park, St Albans. On February 5, 2014, drove on A5183 at Frogmore, at a speed in excess of the 30mph legal limit. Fine, costs: £100. Three penalty points.

Pamela Janice Couchman, 50, of Tassell Hall, St Albans. On August 1, 2014, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Also, on August 5, 2014, assaulted a person thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm. Community order made with alcohol treatment and supervision requirements. Costs: £145.

Nicola Kelly Pike, 29, of West Common Way, Harpenden. On March 7, 2014, being the driver of a vehicle, caused it or part of it to stop in a zebra-controlled area on the High Street. Fine, costs: £305. Three penalty points.

Raymond James Stanley, 68, of Brownfield Way, Blackmore End, Wheathampstead. On December 16, 2013, drove in Drakes Drive, St Albans, at 37mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £220. Banned from driving for six months.

David Roy C Bensley, 64, of Lybury Lane, Redbourn. On August 15, 2014, drove in Redbourn Road, Hemel Hempstead, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 66 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £360. Banned from driving for 18 months, to be reduced by 18 weeks if approved course undertaken.

Alan Peter Milner, 37, of Garden Cottages, Frogmore. On June 18, 2014, persistently made use of a public electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another. Also, on August 1, 2014, stole two sandwiches worth £7.28 from Subway. Community order made with curfew, electronic monitoring and supervision requirements. Compensation, costs: £152.28.

Elliot Guinn, 24, of Field View Rise, St Albans. On June 5, 2014, en route near Radlett, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification of validity when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £284.20.

Monday, September 8

Elaine Patrica Olton, 55, of Fulmore Close, Harpenden. On November 9, 2013, drove in Sun Lane, Harpenden, without due care and attention. Also, on same date, failed to stop after an accident in which personal injury was caused to a person. Also, on same date, having not given details at scene, failed to report accident to police station within 24 hours. Fine, costs: £1,093. Eight penalty points.

Faddom David Whish, 21, of Hilldyke Road, Wheathampstead. On June 13, 2014, damaged a toilet door and frame of public toilets belonging to St Albans District Council. Also, on same date, was in possession of a small herbal wrap of cannabis, a class B drug. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 18 months imposed on February 26, 2013, for theft. Fine, compensation, costs: £480. No action taken on breach.
