On June 14, 2014, drove in Sandpit Lane, St Albans, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 103 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Julian Whish, 41, of High Oaks, St Albans. On May 30, 2014, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing a person harassment, alarm or distress, and the offence was racially aggravated. Fine, compensation, costs: £420.

Paula Lewis, 24, of Davey House, Charrington Place, St Albans. On May 21, 2014, at Hatfield station, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification of validity when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £343.70.

John David Gumble, 26, of Francis Avenue, St Albans. On August 17, 2014, assaulted a person by beating her. Also, on same date, damaged a front door belonging to another.
