Johnny Connors, 30, of Chiswell Green Lane, St Albans. On May 26, 2014, was the owner of a dog which was dangerous and not kept under proper control. Order made that the dog Sheba (a black and tan German Shepherd) be kept under proper control, chained or on a lead while at home and on a lead at all times, when in a public place.

Joanna Louise Rock, 24, of Tallents Crescent, Harpenden. On October 12, 2014, drove in Batch-wood Drive, St Albans, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 84 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath.
