Friday, November 7

Ryan Ashley Rossiter, 22, of Temple View, St Albans. On July 12, 2014, assaulted a person thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm. Community order with activity, programme and supervision requirements. Compensation, costs: £195.

Anthony Martin John Moran, 58, of Drakes Drive, St Albans. On September 24, 2014, used a vehicle in Brick Knoll Park, St Albans, without insurance. Also, on same date, drove in Brick Knoll Park, St Albans, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 24 months. Banned from driving for 46 months. Costs: £165.

Jade Sian Nash, 25, of Rodney Avenue, St Albans. On August 13, 2014, stole goods worth £80 from Marks and Spencers, London Colney. On September 14, 2014, stole aftershave worth £13.87, from Lloyds Pharmacy, St Albans. Fine, costs: £305.

Jason Dean Rogers, 25, of Park Place, Park Street. On April 11, 2014, kept on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, back duty, costs: £311.25.

Tuesday, November 11

Antonios Kritharis, 35, of Homefield Road, Radlett. On October 19, 2014, drove in Holywell Hill, St Albans, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 52 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £525. Banned from driving for 13 months, to be reduced by 13 weeks if approved course undertaken.

Elliot Charles Kay-Jessop, 24, of Hornbeams, Bricket Wood. On September 20, 2014, drove in Bricket Road, St Albans, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in urine was 132 milligrammes in 100 millilitres of urine. The legal limit is 107 milligrammes.
