Mark Stephen Lister Connell, 41, of Noke Shot, Harpenden. On or between November 14, 2014, and November 16, 2014, contacted a specific person and attended a specific address contrary to a restraining order imposed on August 28, 2014. Fine, costs: £148.

Jake Lee Clay, 18, of Perrycoste Court, St Albans. On October 18, 2014, was in possession in a public place of an offensive weapon, namely a knuckleduster. Conviction of offence while youth rehabilitation order in force. Community order made with programme, supervision and unpaid work requirements. Costs: £145. Youth rehabilitation order revoked.

Paul Joseph George Fishlock, 45, of Lambourne Chase, Radlett. On October 30, 2014, drove in The Avenue, Radlett, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 54 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £525. Banned from driving for 15 months, to be reduced by 15 weeks if approved course undertaken.

Peter Broadbent, 43, of Cowper Road, Harpenden. On November 1, 2014, failed to provide specimen of breath for analysis in course of investigation into whether had committed an offence. Fine, costs: £470. Banned from driving for 12 months, to be reduced by three months if approved course undertaken.

Liam Hadley, 22, of Meadway, Colney Heath. On November 1, 2014, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £100.

Monday, November 24

James Michael Gallivan, 25, of Marshalls Way, Wheathampstead. On October 12, 2014, drove in Tennyson Road, Harpenden, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 105 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Community order made with unpaid work requirement. Costs: £145. Banned from driving for 24 months, to be reduced by 24 weeks if approved course undertaken.

Stephen Anthony England, 47, of How Wood, Park Street. On February 7, 2014, stole a wallet and contents belonging to another. Also, on May 15, 2014, failed to surrender to custody. Discharged conditionally for one year. Compensation, costs: £270.

Josephine D Kotey, 67, of Partridge Road, St Albans. On September 22, 2014, kept an unlicensed vehicle on a public road. Fine, back duty, costs: £513.34.

Sophia M Rock, of Meadowcroft, St Albans. On May 29, 2014, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of the transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. Fine, costs: £310.
