A man who was ordered to clear up soil and clay he dumped from a garden has appealed to the Secretary of State.
Amir Sharon, of Hawthorne Road, Radlett was issued an enforcement notice by Hertsmere Borough Council after he left old building materials at the back of his garden.
He also regraded the rear garden without planning permission, which could have an impact on the lifespan on trees in the area, where are covered by a Tree Protection Order (TPO).
If the appeal is dismissed, Mr Sharon, would need to remove all dumped materials and return the rear garden to it's previous state.
The appeal will be determined by written representations.
