Police fear missing Alistair Grant may be lost in London.
Police are appealing for help to find a man missing from his home in Harpenden.
Alistair Grant, 44, has not been seen since yesterday and police are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
It is believed he may have travelled to London by train.
Chief Inspector Gerry McDonald said: “We are extremely concerned for Alistair’s welfare – I would urge anyone who may have seen him or who knows of his whereabouts to contact police immediately quoting ISR 588."
People should use the non emergency number 101.
