Police investigating an incident at the Co-op in St Albans have released CCTV images of a person they would like to speak to as part of their investigation.
A man entered the shop on Park Street, at around 7.20pm on Sunday February 15, and selected a bottle of alcohol, which he reportedly concealed in a bag.
He was challenged by a member of staff who was subsequently assaulted, however no injuries were sustained.
Police would like to speak with the man pictured as he may have been in the shop at the time and could have information that can assist officers with their investigation.
Anyone who believes they know the identity of the person pictured should contact PCSO Harry Knott via Hertfordshire Constabulary’s non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference F3/15/228.
