Butterfly World in Chiswell Green will be re-opening for 2015 next Monday.
The popular butterfly sanctuary in Miriam Lane will open its doors on Monday, March 23 and will be open until Saturday, November 7.
A new Music Meadow - which will give children to explore their musical talents using recycled materials - will be unveiled this year and visitors will be able to walk among more than 600 tropical butterflies and plants.
Louise Hawkins, lepidopterist at Butterfly World, said: ‘As the resident butterfly expert,
"I am particularly looking forward to our British Butterfly Garden opening as it will offer a perfect environment for our native species to thrive, as well as highlighting to visitors and school groups the importance of encouraging wildlife to their own gardens and wildlife areas."
