A St Albans based business has been sold to a New York Stock Exchange listed company.
Specialist software company, Modality Systems Ltd, was founded in 2007 and develops solutions based on Microsoft Lync.
Modality, which has doubled in size during the last eight years, also has offices in London, Seattle, San Jose and Sydney and was sold to US Premiere Global Services Inc last week.
St Albans law team Sherrards Solicitors acted on behalf of Modality, which had annual revenues of $11 million in 2014.
