Two men arrested after reports they were acting suspiciously in St Albans
Two men were arrested after they were seen acting suspiciously in a garden in St Albans yesterday.
Police were called at around 4pm. The pair, both 18, were traced to Luton where they were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to burgle.
They remain in police custody.
We are actively seeking two white males. One wearing pink/red trousers and cuts to his arm. If seen please call 999.
