A man in his 50s has been injured after a collision between a motorbike and a car in St Albans.
Hertfordshire Constabulary said the rider of the motorbike is being treated for injuries to his arm after being in collision with a car in London Road this morning.
The East of England Ambulance Service Trust was called at 9.44am.
An ambulance and rapid response vehicle attended and treated the man before he was taken to Watford General Hospital for further care.
Sarah Spence, representative for Hertfordshire Constabulary said the Honda SH300 motorbike needed to be recovered and officers are still on the scene.
She added: "The male has injuries to his arm."
The ambulance service has confirmed they have sent a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance have been sent to the scene.
