The residents of Bricket Wood have been treated to a plush new village sign.
After nearly two years of work, the £5,000 new sign has been installed at the junction of Oakwood Road and West Riding.
Jointly funded by the Parish Council and the Bricket Wood Residents’ Association, the final design was chosen following a period of consultation at meetings which ensured that local residents had the chance to comment.
Ringway, Hertfordshire County Council’s Highways contractors, assisted by installing the new sign at a significantly subsidised cost.
