St Albans was awash with four-legged friends who strutted their stuff for a dog show at the weekend.
The event, the second St Albans Dogs Day to take place, raised more than £2,500 for Glendee Rescue and Rehoming - who save dogs from being put to sleep.
Dogs of different breeds, sizes and colours took part in a variety of classes at the event held at Oaklands College in Smallford.
Classes included Most Improved Rescue Dog, Best Trick, Musical Bumps and The Dog the Judge Most Wants to Take Home.
Other activities included a have-a-go dog agility course and a dog trick workshop.
The event was organised by Selina Davies of St Albans Dog Services, helped by dog walking businesses, Paws Buddy and Woof Woof Walk.
Other helpers included photographer Kim Layzell and a team of local dog owners and enthusiasts.
