Monday, August 10

ackie Gray, 39, of Jacob Court, Russet Drive, St Albans. On April 17, 2015, remained in a reserved seat on a train when not the holder of a valid ticket entitling her to be in that particular place. Fine, compensation, costs: £506.50.

Kieran Bhegani, 28, of Praetorian Court, Vesta Avenue, St Albans. On February 23, 2015, used a colour television receiver without a licence. Fine, costs: £340.

Juliette Burdett, 28, of Ellis House, Charrington Place, St Albans. Between November 2, 2014, and December 3, 2014, used a colour television receiver without a licence. Fine, costs: £340.

Michaela Emery, 27, of High Street, London Colney, St Albans. Between March 28, 2015, and April 29, 2015, used a colour television receiver without a licence. Fine, costs: £340.

Alana Kerr, 23, of Bowgate, Hillside Road, St Albans. On April 24, 2015, used a colour television receiver without a licence. Fine, costs: £327.

Natasha Sandiford, 34, of Thirlmere Drive, St Albans. Between January 26, 2015, and February 27, 2015, used a colour television receiver without a licence. Fine, costs: £340.

Tracey Williams, 41, of Reed Close, London Colney, St Albans. On April 29, 2015, used a colour television receiver without a licence. Fine, costs: £600.

Tuesday, August 11

Peter Daniel Lavery, 37, of Bullens Green Lane, Colney Heath, St Albans. On June 21, 2015, assaulted a man by beating him. Fine, compensation, costs: £733.

Martin Tony Radley, 46, of Granville Court, Granville Road, St Albans. Between April 19, 2015, and April 20, 2015, damaged a vehicle intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Compensation, costs: £1,584.89.

Paul Croly, 63, of Eastmoor Park, Harpenden. On February 15, 2015, was in charge of a dog which was dangerously out of control in Rothamstead Park, and whilst so out of control injured a woman. Unless the dog is kept under proper control by being securely held on a lead and being securely fitted with a muzzle, two months within which to comply, it must be destroyed. Fine, compensation, costs: £1,766.

Paul David Brown, 46, of Doggetts Way, St Albans. On March 2, 2015, used a vehicle on the A1 without insurance. Fine, costs: £393. Six penalty points.

Mohammed Nazrul Islam, 41, of Hill End Lane, St Albans. On December 21, 2014, used a vehicle on Scots Hill at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £160. Three penalty points.

Nicholas Clarke, 49, of Mayflower Road, Park Street, St Albans. Between February 16, 2015, and March 16, 2015, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £745. Six penalty points.

Justin Merrick Walshe, 35, of Noke Shot, Harpenden. On January 15, 2015, used a vehicle on Frogmore at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £270. Three penalty points.
