A St Albans prep school welcomes a new head to join their "vibrant" school.
Judy Rowe, joins the Preparatory School of St Albans High school for Girls, Wheathampstead House, as its new Head.
The former Head of Lower School at Belmont, Mill Hill Preparatory School said: “I am delighted to be joining such an exciting and vibrant community. They are questioning and really enjoy their learning, but are also great fun.
"It’s a real pleasure to be leading a school which combines an unashamedly scholarly atmosphere with such warmth. I am looking forward to joining in with their learning adventure.
"As a lover of the outdoors, I am thrilled by the beautiful grounds covering 12 acres of woodland within a superb 18 acre site. Our girls can enjoy their learning outdoors as well as excel in music and arts. Within such a supportive community I already feel very welcome."
