The building behind the King Offa pub
Arsonists targeted a building behind a community pub in St Albans.
A laundry out house in Norman Close behind the King Offa pub was set alight at about 4.50am on Sunday.
A number of people living in mobile homes nearby were temporarily left without electricity.
Investigations are ongoing.
