Tuesday, November 10

James Michael Anderson, 32, of Shirley Road, St Albans. On October 20, 2015, damaged a television belonging to Cash Generators intending to destroy or damage such property. On same date, assaulted a person. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs, compensation: £215.

Tevin Anthony Charles, 21, of Hine House, Cairn Close, St Albans. On October 26, 2015, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a police constable harassment and alarm and the offence was racially aggravated. Fine, compensation, costs: £475.

Wednesday, November 11

Robert Bridle, 52, of Wheat Close, Sandridge, St Albans. On March 22, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £360. Three penalty points.

Paul Richard Hayward, 36, of Hawksmoor, Shenley, Radlett. On March 26, 2015, used a vehicle without a licence. Fine, costs: £145. Three penalty points.

Andrew Mark Palmer, 47, of Offa Road, St Albans. On April 25, 2015, being the driver of a vehicle, owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle. On same date, used a vehicle without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £1,301. Five penalty points.

Melissa Berry Bailey, 31, of Houndswood Gate, Harper Lane, Radlett. On March 9, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. On March 15, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £225. Three penalty points.

Thursday, November 12

Andrew Scott Niven, 37, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett. On October 10, 2015, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Fine, costs: £295.

Leanne Caroline Tyler, 23, of Westfield Road, Harpenden. On October 29, 2015, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Fine, costs: £200.

Vittorio Giubba, 23, of The Ridgeway, St Albans. Between January 17, 2015, and April 18, 2015, harassed and pestered a person which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order.
