On October 5, 2015, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 93 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Jose Ismael Pereira Dejesus, 38, of High Street, Colney Heath, St Albans. On April 8, 2015, caused unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, namely a Muntjac deer.
