Tuesday, January 19

John Mutangadura, 40, of Haseldine Road, London Colney, St Albans. On November 7, 2015, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £531. Ten penalty points.

Luke Robert M Harris, 21, of Kingsmead, St Albans. On May 11, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 40mph. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.

Paul Mans, 47, of Cowper Road, Harpenden. On June 9, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £722. Six penalty points.

Wednesday, January 20

Toufiq Danba, 24, of Alexander Road, London Colney, St Albans. On November 22, 2015, had in his possession two small bags of cannabis. On same date, without lawful excuse destroyed a wooden communal entrance door belonging to St Albans District Council. Fine, costs: £265.

Terrance William Allen, 55, of Tassell Hall, Redbourn, St Albans. On September 3, 2015, and September 30, 2015, was the person in charge of a dog which was dangerously out of control and whilst so out of control injured a woman. Unless the dog is kept under proper control it must be destroyed. Fine, compensation, costs: £365.

Thursday, January 21

Scott Michael Brown, 21, of Doggetts Way, St Albans. On December 10, 2015, damaged bedside drawers and caused holes in a wall intending to destroy or damage such property. On same date, threatened a man that damage would be caused to his motorcycle. Fine, compensation, costs: £200.

Ned Connors, 51, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood, St Albans. On May 29, 2015, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.

Danielle Flynn, 22, of Bloomfield Road, Harpenden. On May 11, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.

Jonathan Leslie Freeman, 28, of Holcroft Road, Harpenden. On June 19, 2015, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.

Samuel Nathan Kaye, 25, of Juniper Gardens, Shenley, Radlett. On May 13, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £410. Four penalty points.

Friday, January 22

Phillippa Mary Havard, 54, of Hopkins Crescent, Sandridge, St Albans. On January 14, 2015, stole meat belonging to Sainsbury’s. On January 17, stole meat belonging to Co-Op. Fine, compensation, costs: £285.

Kurtis Jarret, 24, of Tassell Hall, Redbourn, St Albans. On November 25, 2015, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis. Fine, costs: £185.

Jason Scott Applebaum, 47, of Westfields, St Albans. On July 29, 2015, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. Fine, costs: £540.

Donna Marie Flanagan, 48, of Meadow Close, Bricket Wood, St Albans. On August 20, 2015, stole groceries and other miscellaneous items to the value of £606.88 belonging to Asda. Community order made. Be under curfew for six weeks. Costs: £310.

Desmond Asafo, 38, of Latimer Road, St Albans. On September 1, 2015, entered a train for the purpose of travelling without having a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £376.50.

Monday, January 25

Adam James Pearson, 27, of Newgate Close, St Albans. On January 12, 2016, stole mixed coins. Costs: £100.

Benaissa El Amrouchi, 40, of Keswick Close, St Albans. On June 5, 2015, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. On January 19, 2016, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates’ Court. Fine, costs: £750.

Robert Edward Dunham, 46, of Northfield Road, Harpenden. On October 19, 2015, attended an address which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Restraining order varied. Costs: £15.
