Tuesday, January 26
Nigel John Coster-Mills, 38, of Offas Way, Wheathampstead, St Albans. On November 26, 2015, used a vehicle while disqualified from driving. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fine, costs: £145.
Bethany Ewen, 26, of Campfield Road, St Albans. On November 1, 2015, damaged a door, door frame and computer keyboard belonging to The Hurricane Room. On same date, assaulted a person by beating. Fine, compensation, costs: £1,338.
Johnny Southwood Bannister, 18, of Church Green, Harpenden. On January 10, 2015, damaged a VW Golf intending to destroy or damage such property. Compensation, costs: £250.
Martin Nicolas Kowalski, 34, of North Close, St Albans. On May 17, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Disqualified from driving for 40 days. Fine, costs: £696.
Robert MacKay, 28, of Alsop Close, London Colney, St Albans. On May 22, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. On same date, used a vehicle without a licence. Fine, costs: £811. Eight penalty points.
Benjamin Richard Stewart, 19, of Longfield Road, Harpenden. On June 30, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 40mph. Disqualified from driving for 40 days. Fine, costs: £155.
Wednesday, January 27
Kieran Vousden, 22, of Green Lane, St Albans. On December 29, 2015, and December 30, 2015, failed to attend an unpaid work session. Fine, costs: £145.
Thursday, January 28
Eric Robert Jones, 45, of Hawkesmoor, Shenley, Radlett. On December 29, 2015, stole four bottles of perfume belonging to Debenhams. On December 23, 2015, stole a pair of boots and perfumes belonging to Debenhams. Fine, costs: £265.
Shehu Shemsi, 33, of Hatfield Road, St Albans. On January 25, 2016, stole two joints of beef belonging to Tesco. Fine, costs: £145.
Adrian Peter Bending, 46, of Overstone Road, Harpenden. On May 22, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £255. Three penalty points.
Claire Jayne R Smith, 43, of Cottonmill Lane, St Albans. On May 21, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £145. Three penalty points.
