The incident happened on Monday, April 4 at around 2.30pm
A man indecently exposed himself to a dog walker.
The woman in her 30s was walking her dog along the River Ver trail near The Nunnery Ruins at around 2.30pm on Monday, April 4.
As the offender walked past her he spoke to her, at which point she realised he was exposing himself.
The suspect is described as a white man, 5ft 4ins to 5ft 5ins, of medium build and aged between 30 and 40 years old.
He had dark brown short shaven hair and is described as having a round face with a red complexion.
Anyone with information which would assist the investigation is asked to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary on 101.
