Gary Kenneth Neil Jakeman, 26, of New Kent Road, St Albans. On February 23, 2016, stole a bag containing cash. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Be under curfew for six weeks. Compensation, costs: £200.

Stephen Derek Baldock, 55, of Langley Grove, Sandridge, St Albans. On January 27, 2016, texted and approached a woman which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. Restraining order made. Costs: £15.

John Richard Kilcoyne, 44, of Highfield Avenue, Harpenden. On August 30, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 70mph. Fine, costs: £673. Six penalty points.

Lauren Amie Lindsey, 22, of Bell View, St Albans. On July 29, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 84 days. Fine, costs: £481.

Cameron Thackeray, 18, of Nicholls Close, Redbourn, St Albans. On June 7, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £569. Four penalty points.

Alan John Hawksey, 47, of Boswell Close, Shenley, Radlett. On June 3, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fine, costs: £165.

Mark Henry Duke, 41, of Old Harpenden Road, St Albans. On April 25, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 40mph. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.

Friday, February 26

Nicholas Clarke, 49, of Old Watford Road, St Albans. On January 28, 2016, drove a vehicle while disqualified from driving. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. Disqualified from driving for two months. Fine, costs: £205.

Tuesday, March 1

Mason Scott Barnsdale, 21, of Arthur Road, St Albans. On February 1, 2016, stole cash and aftershave. Fine, compensation, costs: £255.99.

Luke Jonathan Bassil, 21, of Bricket Road, St Albans. Between May 7, 2015, and June 20, 2015, committed fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely he had booked and paid for a foreign holiday when no such booking had been paid for. Community order made. Fine, compensation, costs: £1,025.

Andrew Nicholas Smith, 40, of Cheverells Green, Markyate, St Albans. On February 13, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Fine, costs: £349.

Farah Elaboudi, 30, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans. On July 26, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Three counts. Fine, costs: £435. Four penalty points.

Brian Sheaf, 59, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett. On February 12, 2016, assaulted a woman by beating her. On same date, damaged bedding and walls. Fine, costs: £305.

Craig Sutherland, 39, of Townsend Avenue, St Albans. On January 18, 2016, stole alcohol belonging to Asda. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. Fine, compensation, costs: £400.

Louis Jonathan Bourke, 18, of St Annes Road, London Colney, St Albans. On January 16, 2016, had in his possession a small bag of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for six months. Costs: £100.

Charlie Imossi, 20, of High Street, Colney Heath, St Albans. On February 13, 2016, drove a vehicle dangerously on a road. Committed to detention for 26 weeks suspended for 18 months. Carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 15 months. Costs: £165.

Mason Scott Barnsdale, 21, of Arthur Road, St Albans. On February 16, 2016, used a vehicle without a licence. Aaron Michael Lee Beeson, 25, of Folly Avenue, St Albans. On January 31, 2016, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. Fine, costs: £185.

Chris Liam Cairncross, 27, of London Road, St Albans. On January 30, 2016, sent a message which he knew to be false for the purpose of causing annoyance or anxiety. On February 7, 2016, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £185.
