A man was allegedly seen touching himself in an inappropriate manner in St Albans.
The incident is reported to have happened between 2.40pm and 2.50pm on Monday, May 9 outside the Methodist Church in Hatfield Road. The man was in a parked car.
He is described as white, aged in his mid-70s, with a ponytail and was wearing a baseball cap.
Detective Constable Dave Richards said: “I am appealing for anyone who saw what happened to get in touch.
“I am particularly keen to speak to a woman who was walking with a young child and is believed to have witnessed what happened.”
