Bikes worth more than £2,000 have been stolen from St Albans City station.

British Transport Police (BTP) are re-issuing an appeal with new images of three men they want to talk to about the theft which happened on Friday, 6 May.

PC Jonathan Jackson said: “The thieves arrived on a northbound train at around 12.30pm.

“They loitered at the bike racks for a while before taking five bikes and leaving via the exit on platform 4.

“Today I am issuing three images of men who I believe will have information about these thefts.

“If you recognise them, please let us know.”
