Tuesday, June 7

Isotta Guttadauro, 49, of Swallow Lane, St Albans. On May 7, 2016, damaged garden furniture and plants. On same date, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Fine, compensation, costs: £331.

Sharon Francis, 48, of Anson Close, St Albans. On July 22, 2015, dishonestly made a statement to St Albans Council which was false with a view to obtaining Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit. Between October 1, 2012, and November 23, 2014, dishonestly failed to notify St Albans Council of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit. Between October 1, 2015, and September 11, 2014, dishonestly failed to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to Income Support. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Costs: £165.

Ian Allen, 39, of Hazelwood Drive, St Albans. On January 4, 2016, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.

Kisnah Aurmoogum, 57, of Richard Stagg Close, St Albans. On November 15, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 50mph. Fine, costs: £185. Five penalty points.

Ann Connors, 50, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood. On December 21, 2015, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.

Marcus Ephraim Deans, 40, of Highfield Avenue, Harpenden. On November 16, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 40mph. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.

Leo William Gibbon, 25, of Townsend Drive, St Albans. On November 15, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.

Wayne Gold, 55, of Oakridge Avenue, Radlett. On November 11, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £407. Five penalty points.

Billy Small, 19, of Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead. On November 13, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. On same date, used a vehicle without a licence. Fine, costs: £1,031. Eight penalty points.

Ross Mark Ypey, 35, of Roman Way, Markyate, St Albans. On November 15, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 50mph. Fine, costs: £353. Six penalty points.

Wednesday, June 8

Gavin Peter Morley-Sutcliffe, 37, of Nell Gwynn Close, Shenley, Radlett. On June 4, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance. Two counts. On same date, used a vehicle whilst disqualified from driving. Two counts. On June 7, 2016, wilfully obstructed a police constable in the execution of his duty. Committed to prison. Overall length of sentence 16 weeks. Disqualified from driving for six years. Costs: £265.

Linda Chambers, 41, of Aswell Park, Harpenden. On December 8, 2015, had a vehicle registered in her name when it did not meet insurance requirements. Fine, costs: £352.

Jason Page, 25, of How Wood, Park Street. On March 22, 2016, used a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, costs: £590.42.
