Benjamin Aaron Baptiste, 30, of Buttermere Close, St Albans. On December 2, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. On same date, used a vehicle without a licence. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fine, costs: £1,031.
Daniel Scott, 35, of Coombes Road, London Colney, St Albans. On December 3, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Disqualified from driving for 56 days. Fine, costs: £635.
George Arthur Barrett, 55, of Beeching Close, Harpenden. Between May 29, 2011, and December 31, 2015, committed fraud by false representation. Fine, compensation, costs: £1,296.94.
Christopher Joseph Brady, 24, of Cagepond Road, Shenley, Radlett. On May 31, 2016, damaged a ceramic bowl belonging to a person. Discharged conditionally for six months. Costs: £20.
Roisin Mai Oregan, 19, of Hatfield Road, St Albans. On June 30, 2016, damaged by fire a set of curtains and furnishings belonging to a person. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £20.
