Missing Billy Grace
A vulnerable teenager has been missing from his home since the early hours of the morning.
Billy Grace, 18, from the How Wood area, St Albans, was last seen shortly before 4.30am this morning.
He is white, around 5ft 8in and has short dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a hooded black North Face jacket and jeans.
Police are concerned for his welfare as he is consider vulnerable at this time.
Anyone with information should contact Hertfordshire Constabulary on 101.
