A singer who has been likened to FKA Twigs and Banks is set to support Sons of Pitches in St Albans next week, following the release of her new single On and On.

Sian Cross’ music is experimental with strong vocals and, to match, her music videos are incredibly surreal.

St Albans & Harpenden Review:

The music video for her single Tell Anybody, released in August this year, is a surrealist stop-motion video directed by Andy Biddle who has worked with American film director Wes Anderson, known for The Grand Budapest Hotel, Moonrise Kingdom, The Royal Tenenbaums and Fantastic Mr Fox.

The stop-motion animated clip sees a lone female figure on a personal journey of self-discovery, walking a road to freedom and release.

Sian will be supporting The Sons of Pitches, a multi-award winning British vocal group combining soaring solos, impeccable harmonies and sensational beatboxing to stunning effect. They were crowned winners of the BBC 2 TV series The Naked Choir in October 2015.
