A couple who help relieve stress and negativity from people's lives say it is "wonderful" to be recognised for their work.

Peter and Tamara Donn of Love Lane, Kings Langley, were awarded with the “Janey Loves” platinum award for excellence and innovation in natural organic or eco products, alternative treatments and therapies.

Mr and Mrs Donn work as master practitioners at the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Training centre.

They use gentle and simple methods to help people with negative emotions and upset, trauma and general stress.

The Annual PLATINUM Awards 2016, held at Royal Connaught rooms in September this year, recognises work in EFT training and consultancy.

The couple said they were delighted to win the award.

They said: “It is wonderful that our work in the amazing field in which we are part has been recognised publicly.

"It will help us take EFT – a unique, evidence-based method for helping people restore peace and empowerment into their lives - out into the world.”

The ceremony was also attended by leading science and spirituality guru Lynne McTaggart, Carrie Grant, TV presenter, and author Dr Marilyn Glenville, the UK’s leading expert in nutritional health for women.
