St Albans & Harpenden Review:

Singer Luke Pickett plays Billy who alongside Alice (played by Emmeline Kellie) are determined to break into the cut-throat music industry together.

Billy is propositioned by a large record label and finds himself with a big decision on his shoulders. Meanwhile, Alice makes an unexpected discovery but the film ends with Luke making a poor decision which has devastating consequences.

Luke self-funded his first EP in 2005 through a job at Tesco is now signed to The Canvass Room label.

Mr Pickett said: “I was keen to work on the Cadence project as it is an unconventional approach to road safety and hopefully will help to save lives.”

The film premieres at the Derby Quad cinema. It will be targeted at social media users, schools, colleges and talks have begun with the Department for Transport Think! campaign and the police for use on educational courses as part of an AA Trust national campaign.
