A man has been arrested and charged with 12 offences of theft at multiple train stations.
Harley Jeffrey, 39, of no fixed abode, was charged by British Transport Police with 12 offences of theft of a bike on December 29.
He is charged with five thefts of bikes at Harpenden train station and six thefts of bikes at St Albans City train station, including one attempt, and one from Market Place, in St Albans. The offences occurred between October 5 and October 28.
He is due to appear at St Albans Magistrates Court on January 18.
