Ruhel Ali, 35, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans. On March 3, 2016, used a vehicle without insurance. On same date, used a vehicle without a valid test certificate; used a vehicle whilst not wearing a seatbelt. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fine, costs: £305.

Anjali Perinparaja, 40, of Green Lane, St Albans. On June 14, 2016, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road damage was caused to another vehicle and she failed to stop. On same date, failed to report the accident at a police station or to a constable; used a vehicle without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £1,361. Six penalty points.

Natasha Emma Rubin, 32, of Battlers Green Drive, Radlett. On June 13, 2016, used a vehicle without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £315. Three penalty points.

Susan Anne Merritt, 49, of Alder Close, Park Street, St Albans. On March 23, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 40mph. Fine, costs: £415. Six penalty points.

Thursday, December 29

Jonathan Michael Pearse, 30, of Shakespeare Road, Harpenden. Between September 1, 2016, and September 18, 2016, stole a pen, an iPod and a camera belonging to a person. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation, costs: £770.
