Michelle Kristen Hunt, 25, of High Oaks, St Albans. On December 15, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 129 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. On same date, resisted a police constable in the execution of his duty; assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months.
