3. Annie

The heart-warming tale of Annie and her adventures. Deserted in an orphanage run by the wicked Miss Hannigan, Annie escapes to an easier life outside during the Great Depression where tomorrow is always brighter because of hope – and a certain stray dog, Sandy, who tags along for the fun. When she is returned to the orphanage she escapes again and her life is changed when she enters into the world of the millionaire Daddy Warbucks.

6. Organ Theatre Concert - David Ivory

7. St Albans Symphony Orchestra

The programme includes works by Tchaikovsky and Prokofiev. Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto is one of the best known violin concertos, and is considered one of the most technically difficult works for the violin. Prokofiev wrote his Symphony No.5 in one month in the summer of 1944, in the midst of World War II. He intended it as “a hymn to free and happy Man, to his mighty powers, his pure and noble spirit”.

8. Gilbert O'Sullivan in Concert

One of the industry’s true legends, 2017 will mark an astonishing 50 years since Gilbert O’Sullivan made his first foray into the music business with the release of his debut single ‘Disappear’. It launched O’Sullivan on a career that is still thriving five decades later – seeing him dominate the charts in the seventies and continue to enjoy success and acclaim to the present day. 10. Chemistry Show

The SandPit Theatre in collaboration with Sandringham School is celebrating British Science Week 2017. An evening filled with loud noises, flashing lights and lots of mess! Hold onto your hats and come and enjoy this explosive showcase of science. Previous demonstrations have seen exploding elephants' toothpaste, screaming jelly babies, Harry Potter-themed magic and even homemade rockets.
