It came after Joshua was floored for the first time in his professional career and the unbeaten heavyweight is now comfortably the biggest name in boxing.

Joshua only started boxing in 2008 and days after his victory over Klitschko , he has posted an image from the very beginning.

Appearing much slighter, the 27-year-old posed with two fellow boxers alongside the caption: "It was all a dream."

Meanwhile, Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn has revealed he would be willing to drop his IBF heavyweight crown to secure a rematch with Klitschko.

A rematch clause was inserted in the contract for the fight and Klitschko has admitted he is interested in taking on Joshua again.

Kubrat Pulev is the mandatory challenger for the IBF crown but a repeat showdown with 41-year-old Klitschko is a much more lucrative option.

Should Joshua opt not to fight Pulev next, he faces being stripped of the belt just as Tyson Fury was in 2015.
