Kellie Lois Slater, 33, of New Kent Road, St Albans. On February 19, 2017, stole a coat belonging to Marks and Spencer. On same date, stole dress jewellery belonging to Claire’s Accessories. Fine, costs: £160.

Tuesday, March 28

Mark Andreas Weekes, 40, of Therfield Road, St Albans. On March 19, 2017, being a relevant offender under the Sexual Offences Act failed to comply with notification requirements. Committed to prison for 16 weeks. Costs: £115.

Jonathan Donohoe, 29, if Brook Court, Radlett. On March 13, 2017, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
