James Alexander Mulcahy, 29, of Otley Way, Watford. On May 20, 2017, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and the offence was racially aggravated. On same date, stole food items belonging to the Co-Op. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Suspended sentence amended. Fine, costs: £295.

Tuesday, May 23

Luke Doyley, 28, of Fuller Road, Watford. On May 8, 2017, had with him in a public place a steak knife. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Costs: £165.

Roger Andrew McConnon, 42, of Lincoln Drive, South Oxhey. On January 19, 2017, stole two boxes of wine and a box of Ferrero Rocher belonging to McColl Newsagent. Compensation: £36.89.

Patrick James Royston Walsh, 42, of Dodd Road, Watford. On May 5, 2017, was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. Fine, costs: £165.

Michael Shears, 50, of Octavia Court, Watford. On May 6, 2017, stole sunglasses belonging to TK Maxx. Fine, costs: £195.

Wednesday, May 24

Cheryl Hammerton, 47, of Kirkcaldy Green, Watford. On October 26, 2016, failed to provide a specimen of blood for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence. Disqualified from driving for 16 months. Fine, costs: £1,170.

Diana Romanet, 28, of High Street, Bushey. On June 8, 2016, had a vehicle registered in his name which did not meet insurance requirements. Fine, costs: £100.
