Luke Archer, 25, is wanted for harassment. He was last known to be in Watford.
Andrei Danila, 26, is wantred for the Proceeds of Crime Act. He was last known to be in London.
Constantin Birsoianu, 26, is wanted for a sexual offence. He was last seen in Plaistow.
Benjamin Ojog, 24, is wanted for common assault. He was last seen in Watford.
Anyone with information can call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
