Police are appealing for information and witnesses after four teenage boys were assaulted by a group of around 12 people in a park.
At around 10.30pm on Wednesday, July 12, the boys were in the park close to Westminster Lodge where they were approached by a group of ten to twelve teenage boys who assaulted them.
The group are believed to have all been wearing dark hooded clothing.
DC Ayodeji Afolabi from the St Albans Local Crime Unit, who is investigating, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who saw the incident or believes they have information that could assist the on-going investigation.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary on the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference F1/17/3319.
