Harpenden Books is launching a Harpenden Big Read event on Saturday.
This follows the pattern of other successful City Reads initiatives around the country such as in York.
The shop is partnering with Harpenden Library and handing out 500 free copies of Leigh Russell's detective crime novel, Deadly Alibi, on the 2nd on Harpenden High Street and will follow this up in 2018 with a series of events for people to learn about book clubs and join us for the launch of the newest title, Class Murder.
