Three different comedy tours are coming to Harpenden Public Halls over the next few months with tickets on sale now...

Oh Frig! I’m 50!

Star of Radio 4’s Relativity, Richard Herring gets to the half century (against all odds) and looks at how his life has changed in the last decade, from irresponsible, single kidult, literally fighting his way through a mid-life crisis, to married father who is mid-way to the telegram from the Queen (though given she will be 140 in 2067, she might forget to send it).

Following on from ‘Oh F***, I’m 40!’, this is the second instalment in his once-a-decade examination of ageing.

Richard has written and performed in thirteen one-person shows, and tours extensively around the UK. Outside of stand up, he has also presented history based sketch show That Was Then, This is Now, written Al Murray’s sitcom Time Gentlemen Please and contributed to the third series of Little Britain as script editor.

St Albans & Harpenden Review: Ed Byrne: Spoiler Alert

Spoiler Alert

The star of Mock The Week, Have I Got News For You, The Graham Norton Show, Live At The Apollo, The One Show, Comic Relief Bake Off 2015, The World’s Most Dangerous Roads and most recently Dara and Ed’s Road to Mandalay (the follow up to BBC2’s Dara and Ed’s Great Big Adventure) continues the second leg of his biggest ever tour to date with his total-sell out Fringe show Spoiler Alert.

Ed Byrne explores the thin line between righteous complaining and brat-like whining and asks, ‘are we right to be fed up, or are we spoiled?’ Come and watch as Byrne takes this question, turns it upside down and shakes it until the funny falls out.

St Albans & Harpenden Review: Shazia Mirza : 'The Kardashians Made Me Do It'

With Love From St Tropez

Following her critically acclaimed 2016, sell-out international run of The Kardashians Made Me Do It and fresh from being ravaged by hunger and sand-flies on Channel 4’s Celebrity Island, Shazia Mirza tours her brand new show, With Love From St Tropez.

A show about lies and truth (or is that the same thing?), nudity and the periodic table, these things hold the key to the future. How much do you wear? What do you look like, and will they let you in? Oh, and don't you dare wear more than dental floss on a French beach.
