A car was involved in a crash in the early hours of yesterday morning (Saturday).
Emergency crews were called to London Road, between Harpenden and Luton, near the entrance to Luton Hoo, at around 6.30am.
They found a grey Peugeot 107 badly damaged.

The driver of the car was taken to hospital but her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The road was closed while recovery took place but it has since reopened.
Police are appealing for information on the crash.
Officers believe a second car may have witnessed the incident but reportedly left the scene.
