As you head home this evening, bear in mind there are road closures in north London, as police have cordoned off a murder scene, and delays in parts of east London.

Tube lines and London Overground routes have been suspended for planned engineering works.

Weather

This evening there will be some late sunshine but cloud will filter in from the east overnight, leading to a murky start on Monday.

Tomorrow will brighten up in the afternoon and be a fine and dry day, with temperatures reaching 24°C. The afternoon will bring the chance of showers and a more noticeable breeze.

Tube

Circle line: For the remainder of the day there will be no service between Hammersmith and Tower Hill (via King's Cross St Pancras). Circle line trains operate between Edgware Road and Barking (via Victoria).

Hammersmith & City line: For the remainder of the day there will be no service between King's Cross St Pancras and Barking. A special Circle line service operates between Edgware Road and Barking (via Victoria) and District line services continue to operate.

London Overground: No service between Hackney Downs and Enfield Town / Cheshunt (via Seven Sisters). No service between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction. No service between Gospel Oak and Barking.

Metropolitan Iine: No service between King's Cross St. Pancras and Aldgate.

Waterloo & City line: There is no service today. It will resume at 6am on Monday.

Travel

Bowes Park: Heavy traffic on A406 North Circular Road Westbound around A105 Green Lanes (Clockhouse Interchange).

Redbridge: A406 North Circular Road Southbound busy but moving at A12 Eastern Avenue (Redbridge Roundabout).

Ponders End: Slow traffic on A110 Southbury Road Eastbound before A1010 Hertford Road High Street. Travel time is four minutes.

Stratford: Slow traffic and no right turn due to burst water main on A118 High Street both ways at Warton Road / Rick Roberts Way. The crossover in the centre of the junction is closed, preventing traffic from Rick Robert's Way travelling onto Warton Road and vice versa. Traffic from either road must turn left onto the A118, and there are no right turns from the A118 at the junction.

Turnpike Lane: Police investigating a murder last night have closed off the A504 Turnpike Lane both ways between A105 Green Lanes / A1080 Westbury Avenue / Langham Road (Turnpike Lane Station) and Burghley Road.

The police cordon is also affecting A1080 Westbury Avenue Westbound between Hawke Park Road and A504 Turnpike Lane (Turnpike Lane Station) and A105 Green Lanes Northbound between A105 Green Lanes and A105 Green Lanes / A1080 Westbury Avenue / Langham Road (Turnpike Lane Station). Traffic on Southbound High Road can still get onto Westbury Avenue. Fifteen local bus routes are being diverted.

Mill Hill: A1 Barnet Way Southbound busy but moving at A5109 / A41 (Apex Corner).

Borehamwood: Traffic easing on A1 Southbound at A411 Barnet Lane (Stirling Corner).

Golders Green: Usual slow traffic on A406 North Circular Road Eastbound from Brent Cross Flyover to Henly's Corner.
