Two people have been charged in connection with ten burglaries.
Between January 4 and May 7 of this year, nine burglaries took place in Harpenden, and one in Radlett.
Jewellery, laptops, vehicles, and cash were stolen from the properties.
In the majority of the incidents, the locks of conservatory doors were snapped off.
• Timothy Hall, aged 41, and Jessica Tombleson, aged 34, both of no fixed address, were arrested by officers on Tuesday on suspicion of conspiracy to burgle with intent to steal.
They have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at St Albans Crown Court on July 19.
